Live! was the first live album that Status Quo released commercially, capturing the energy of their legendary performances. This album is a recording of the first concert in a weekend run at Glasgow’s Apollo Theatre between 27 and 29 October 1976, recorded using the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio.

This exclusive 2LP coloured vinyl edition for Record Store Day is the first-ever issue of night one. The audio has been mixed and mastered from newly discovered multi-track recordings (one was even found in a box marked Peters and Lee!) by Andy Gamble at AVP Productions, using the original ¼ master tapes and approved by Francis Rossi.

It showcases Status Quo at their loudest, noisiest, and at their absolute peak, with the original lineup delivering a powerhouse performance.
