A dark electronic side project formed by Deftones singer Chino Moreno, Far guitarist Shaun Lopez, and bassist Chuck Doom, Crosses focus on the more soothing side of alternative, blending dream pop, synth pop, trip-hop, and ambient influences while emphasizing mood and melody over raw aggression. Formed in 2011, the trio tested the waters with a pair of EPs before issuing their self-titled debut full-length in 2014. Quiet for the remainder of the decade, they returned in 2020 with the single "The Beginning of the End."
