Butcher Brown are a Virginia-based groove quintet, heavily influenced by '70s jazz, funk, and fusion who refer to their own music as "hip hop Mahavishnu." Bruce Hornsby is a singer/songwriter and pianist whose breezy, nonchalant style made his numerous hits of the 1980s instantly recognizable.
