David Sylvian is the front man for Japan, whose striking image and ethereal vocals made him a prominent figure in the New Romantic movement. Nine Horses was a musical collaboration between David Sylvian, his brother and frequent collaborator drummer Steve Jansen, and electronic composer/remixer Burnt Friedman.
