Rutger Hoedemaekers is a Brussels-based, Dutch recording artist and composer for film and TV.After creating electronic compositions on a Commodore Amiga 500 as a pre-teen, producing techno and ambient music, as well as spending one year at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, Hoedemaekers started working with electronic and rock acts as a writer and producer.Since then, Hoedemaekers has not only spent time on his solo band project, Bart Constant, but also started working in film and TV. In 2020, he signed with FatCat’s imprint 130701. His first record on the label, The Age of Oddities, was released on Mar. 5, 2021.
