질주 2 Baddies (Ay-Yo Repackage)

LOS ANGELES (January 6th, 2023) –K-Pop phenomenon NCT 127’s upcoming release “Ay-Yo,” a repackaged version of their fourth studio album “질주 (2 Baddies),” is now available for preorder. Expected to arrive on January 30th, “Ay-Yo” will feature three brand-new tracks, including its title track by the same name. The physical album is set to release on March 3rd.

The group recently spoke about their excitement regarding the release in an exclusive interview featured during CNN’s New Year’s Eve special. The repackage arrives four months following the original release of “질주 (2 Baddies)” this past September. The album debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, making the group only the second K-Pop artist in history to land three albums in the Top 5. The album was praised for its versatility, with Billboard writing, “The album’s sound, meanwhile, shows off the idols’ eclectic versatility as they run through R&B, pop, electronic dance and hip-hop-leaning sounds,” and NYLON claiming, “They’re charismatic and confident, and they’re not afraid to get loud with it.”

In December, NCT 127 announced that they would be touring the U.S. and South America. The upcoming engagements include arena stops across the United States, Chile, Columbia, and Mexico, as well as three back-to-back shows in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  The run begins January 9th in Chicago, IL and concludes on January 28th in Mexico City, MX. These upcoming live dates are a continuation of NCT 127’s world tour, following performances at iconic venues in Seoul, Tokyo, Singapore, Manila, and more.
