Terms & Conditions
- Any item may be returned within 28 days whether unwanted or incorrect item has been set.
- A refund or store credit will be applied.
- We cannot accept returns of items that have a broken seal or has been opened.
- Postage and packaging costs will be refunded only for items that have been incorrectly sent
- Any item returned in a damaged condition due to poor packaging will be returned to the customer without a refund for the item/s
- Ensure that a proof of postage is required for all returned items
- If items arrive damaged, do not open but return immediately
- A return label and postage will be provided by Roan Records in the event of taking delivery of damaged items.
- All titles advertised are either in stock at the store or available from one of our suppliers. The latter may add one to three additional days before despatch.
- Pre-orders will be sent out no more than 48 hours before their release date for delivery as close to the delivery date as possible.
- Items that are ordered for collection from the shop will be paid for at the point of ordering but obviously exempt from postage and packing charges.
- Any pre-ordered and paid for item for collection from the store, not collected within twelve months of order date will be disposed of in any manner decided by Roan Records.
